The first day for participants is Friday 30th July. The site will open in the morning for groups to pitch tents and set up, but the first of the planned activities will be the opening ceremony on the Friday evening. The last day of activities is Monday 2nd August and the closing ceremony will be in the evening, groups are free to leave anytime from 9am on Tuesday 3rd August.
