For Cub and Brownie units, the participant fee (£225 for a Cub or Brownie, £60 for a leader/young leader) covers all activities and evening entertainment, a free issue T shirt, Scarf and event badges.
It does not cover any transport for getting to and from the event or any catering. You will need to factor this into the cost you charge your young people.
