Unit bookings are a bit different to crew, so you’ll need to follow these instructions:

Signing up leaders

  1. Every leader registers themselves by clicking the button below.
    • The first leader to do this will need to select “My group isn’t listed”. A member of the Kernow team will then contact you to get your group set up on the system.
    • Every subsequent leader will then be able to select the right group from the list.
  2. The Kernow team will approve each leader – you’ll receive an email when you’ve been approved.
  3. You’ll then be able to go through each tab in ‘My Profile’, filling in your details.
  4. You’ll need to fill in the questions in each tab – the system will display a message on your profile letting you know which tabs are still due to be filled in.

Adding young people

  1. You will need the name of each young person you’re adding, and the parent/guardian email address.
  2. Parents/guardians will get their own link to the system, where they will be able to fill in their young person’s details.
  3. Each section needs to be filled in by the parent/guardian.
  4. The link in the email will remain live for if parents/guardians need to view or amend details.


There will be an amount added to your group’s finance tab. This will automatically add up as you add new people to your booking.

The balance shown is a deposit amount with a deadline of 30th November 2024; after that, we will add more payments to make your booking full.

The bank details for Kernow Jamboree, as well as a reference for you to use, will be on the right hand side of the page.
